Do you not like the product for whatever reason? Then you can return it or exchange it free of charge within thirty (30) days of receipt. You request a return shipment via email, chat, telephone or our website. The package can be collected from your home for €9.95 (incl. VAT). You do not have to go to a DPD Parcel Point. How convenient is that! You do not have to paste or print anything, the delivery person will pick up the package and hand over the receipt.
Returning items via the VerrekijkerShop is easy, because:
- The return period has been extended from 14 days to 30 days. So you don't have to rush to return your order.
- Returns are free of charge via a DPD parcel point.
- You can easily print a label via the returns portal.
- Home collection of your order is also possible.
We will refund you the full purchase price (including any shipping and handling charges) as soon as possible. Upon receipt of your return, it will be processed within 2-3 working days. We will refund the purchase price in the same way you paid for the order. It is therefore not necessary to provide your payment details.
The shipping costs for the return will be taken care of by us when the order value is above €50,-. The return via a DPD parcel point is therefore free for you and no costs will be charged. We also offer the possibility to pick up your order at your home. The cost of this is 9.95 (incl. VAT). For all return procedures, your order must meet the conditions set out above.
Conditions for this are:
- Free returns above an order value (including shipping costs) of €50 in the Netherlands.
- The product must be unused and in the state of purchase. Just looking through it is of course no problem. It is important that there are no signs of use;
- The return shipment must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice;
- The return package must be sufficiently stamped;
- It is recommended that you send your package insured and by registered mail, shipping is at your own risk. You can request a label from us to save costs;
- The product must be properly packed;
- You need to make a return request on the website and wait for a confirmation.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Software where the seal is broken or the packaging opened.
- Consumables such as protective film or cleaning fluid.
- Articles that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as earplugs, headsets, headphones.
- Articles that are used, damaged or incomplete.
- Subscriptions taken out, whether or not in combination with hardware.
